Refund & Cancellation
We strive for perfection in every bowl. But if things go wrong, our transparent policy ensures your money is safe.
Effective From: April 2026
1. Order Cancellation
60-Second Grace Period
You can cancel your order within 60 seconds of placing it directly from the app for a 100% full refund. No questions asked.
After Preparation Begins
Once the restaurant accepts the order and food preparation starts, cancellations are strictly not permitted, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Food Delivery Refunds
We will issue a partial or full refund (to your original payment method or Rising Bowl Wallet) under the following specific conditions:

Missing Items
If an item you paid for is missing from the sealed package, we will refund the exact value of the missing item.

Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a completely different dish than what you ordered, a full refund or replacement will be arranged.

Quality Issues / Spoiled Food
Must be reported within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographic/video evidence. Refunds are subject to investigation by our quality team.
3. MealBox Subscription Refunds
MealBox plans are prepaid and designed to offer you the best bulk pricing. Please read the terms carefully:
- Pausing instead of Canceling: You can pause your daily delivery via the app. Paused days are added to your plan's validity. No refunds are issued for paused days.
- Mid-Plan Cancellation: If you strictly wish to cancel an active MealBox subscription, the consumed meals will be calculated at their original non-discounted price.
- A flat 15% cancellation penalty will be applied to the remaining balance before processing the refund.
4. Wallet & Promos
Reward Coins
Reward coins used in a canceled order will be instantly reverted to your wallet. Coins cannot be converted to actual bank cash.
Promo Codes
If an order is canceled, the promo code used will become active again for your next order, provided it hasn't expired.

Once a refund is approved by our support team, the processing time depends on your original payment method:
